Waldzoo Offenbach

At the Offenbach Forest Zoo, you can get up close and personal with the animals. Here, visitors can experience animals—whether native or exotic—up close and even feed some of them with food purchased on site. Visitors are welcome to pet the goats, sheep, donkeys, and ponies; there’s a small playground for children; and the kiosk offers refreshments for visitors. Although the zoo is primarily funded by donations and is home mainly to animals rescued from animal shelters, no expense was spared on a dry lounge area and new, modern restroom facilities for visitors. A perfect destination for families with children up to elementary school age!

There is ample parking, and dogs are allowed on a leash. Animal feed and snacks can be purchased at the ticket office. Payment on site is cash only.

2for1 on admission to the Offenbach Forest Zoo (regular €3 for adults, €2.50 for children; the equivalent or cheaper ticket is free)
