Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the card.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, k/c/e Marketing GmbH, Ludwigstraße 33–37, 60327 Frankfurt am Main, email: kundenservice@mmg.de, by means of a clear statement (e.g., via email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

If you use this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the deadline expires.

Consequences of the Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you without delay and no later than 14 days. We will use the same payment method; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the card back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the card, whichever comes first.

You must return the card immediately and no later than 14 days from the date of this notice. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the card.
