The NEWCOMERS CITY CARD and its services are not transferable and are only valid:

1. for people aged 18 and over

2. signed in conjunction with a valid ID.

The NEWCOMERS CITY CARD remains the property of k/c/e Marketing GmbH and can be confiscated/blocked without giving reasons (against reimbursement of contributions paid).

NEWCOMERS CITY CARD offers are valid within the reservation periods and while stocks last.
