§ 1 Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders for the NEWCOMERS CITY CARD placed via newcomers-citycard.de.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract and Delivery

By submitting your order, you are making a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon receipt of our email confirmation. The NEWCOMERS CITY CARD will be shipped via Deutsche Post / DHL after production and inspection. We will set the start date as early as possible. Delivery is available only within Germany.

§ 3 Prices and Payment

Prices include VAT. Payment by SEPA direct debit; the amount will be debited no later than 5 business days after the contract is concluded.

§ 4 Right of Withdrawal for the NEWCOMERS CITY CARD

(One-time purchase and subscription) A 14-day right of withdrawal applies starting from receipt of the card.

§ 5 Subscription and Cancellation

§ 6 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

§ 7 Gerichtsstand

The place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main. German law applies.
