Anda Morts: Hektomatik Wöd – Punk Rock at Centralstation Darmstadt – 2-for-1 Tickets
Direct, raw, and uncompromisingly honest—that’s how Anda Morts presents himself live. What this leading punk artist from Linz, Austria, delivers on stage together with his bandmates Emil Stöllinger (guitar, vocals) and Florian “Koi” Koll (drums), is not some saccharine NDW or polished German punk, but a high-energy experience: a power trio, always ready to tear the place down, that knows how to sweep its audience along from the first to the last second.
With a knack for storytelling, Anda Morts’ lyrics strike right at the heart—somewhere between anger, melancholy, and hope. Authentic, relatable, and always charging forward with full force. Thematically, the songs deal with self-discovery, longing, identity, and the eternal question: What’s the point of it all, and where do I belong? Anda Morts observes closely, dissecting scenes, relationships, society, and politics with just a few precise lines. And in doing so, he achieves something rare: telling stories that move from the small to the big, without pathos, but with palpable tenderness for his characters. It’s no coincidence that Anda Morts’ debut album “Ans,” released in September 2025, was celebrated by critics.
