Immerse yourself in the transformative power of the breath. Timo Nause is a certified INTESOMA breathwork teacher and breath coach. He leads this guided breathwork journey, which brings body and mind into harmony.
The exercises help you develop inner peace, vitality, and greater body awareness. The session takes place in a pleasant atmosphere and offers space for community and brief exchanges.

After a short warm-up covering the session’s structure and the basic principles of “Transformative Breathwork,” Timo mindfully guides participants on a powerful breathwork journey. Through connected breathing, space opens up to restore the flow of energy trapped in the body, release tension, and naturally complete emotional processes. Afterward, there will be time for a gentle return to the present, integration tips, and a shared circle to anchor the experience. The focus of the evening is entirely on your own experience—your own breath, your own body, and whatever emerges through the participants.

The session is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners and invites you to connect deeply with yourself in a safe space, let go of the past, and gain inner clarity. Still water and changing rooms are available.

“Die Welle” is a striking complex of buildings with a dynamic, wave-shaped façade, surrounded by the Alte Oper, Rothschild Park, and the Bockenheimer Anlage. To foster a creative culture at this vibrant gathering place in the heart of downtown Frankfurt and to promote people’s individual well-being, “Well[e]being” activities such as yoga, tai chi, hula hoop fitness, and mind & body balance are held there regularly. Special events are also held, such as a humorous pub quiz.
