Leah Marlene has a gift for captivating her audience. At the heart of her music lie compelling storytelling, melodic diversity, and emotional honesty. She blends the intimacy of folk with the energy of rock and pop, creating songs that are both timeless and refreshingly new. Live, Leah Marlene is both magnetic and approachable. She creates a positive vibe that’s almost palpable in the concert hall.
Born in Ontario and raised in Illinois in a family of musicians, Leah was always surrounded by music before she gained national attention by placing third on the 20th season of American Idol. Today she lives in Nashville, tours extensively throughout North America, has shared the stage with artists such as Jade Bird, Peach Pit, and Margo Price, and was selected as one of the top 50 finalists in NPR’s Tiny Desk Contest. Live, Leah Marlene is both magnetic and approachable.
