Die Fabrik

With “Broken Reality,” the young band Finn Heine & Discovery Collective is releasing its debut album. The four musicians are united by a long-standing, close musical friendship. As early as 2022, they were awarded first prize in the Future Sound competition and have performed at renowned festivals in recent years. Their sound is characterized by unconventional structures, complex rhythms, and richly textured soundscapes. The fusion of electronic soundscapes with acoustic instruments defines the band’s distinctive character. In their compositions, the musicians explore the fusion of different musical worlds—always striving to embed catchy melodies within a sophisticated context, thereby creating unique grooves. Improvisation, interaction, and plenty of energy are at the heart of their musical creativity.
