The sun's sons oscillate between hope and hopelessness, thereby speaking to the hearts of a generation of young people who feel the ground being pulled out from under their feet every day and who have learned to hold on to one another. Founded in 2019 and, due to the pandemic, only truly active since 2021, the band from Frankfurt am Main has quickly drawn attention with its unique blend of danceable indie pop and intimate ballads. Their expressive songs with political lyrics have received four-digit radio plays in Germany and nearly 100 plays on the renowned U.S. station KCRW.

Entirely on their own, sun’s sons released the two EPs “Clean Slate” (2022), “You & My Mind” (2021), and their debut album “An Odyssey” (2023), establishing their international sound. In 2024, they embarked on an extensive European tour and three additional tours as the opening act for the UK bands Cardinal Black, Ferris & Sylvester, and Walt Disco.
