Since 1950, "Die Schmiere" has been presenting a satirical, comedic, entertaining, and political show in the quaint Kloster-Keller.

Millennials are taking over the world. The first “Sebastians” and “Nadines” are appearing in executive suites and the office of the Federal Chancellor. But is the world ready for a horde of Disneyfied button-pants wearers who have made their mark on history primarily by collecting Diddl Mouse stationery? Malte Anders passionately races through the late ’80s and ’90s on roller skates, propelling his audience unchecked “back to the future” while tackling the existential questions of Generation Y: When did unicorns go extinct? How old do Tamagotchis get? And: Are vegetarians allowed to shoot moorhens? “Generation Arschgeweih – Back in the Day, There Were More Lava Lamps” is a tribute to those questionable years of madness, vaccinations, sex, plastic, and DJ Bobo. A cabaret-style take on the generation that could soon change our world—if only the modem would finally dial in!
