The apple wine tasting with Andreas Schneider offers an exclusive tasting of six hand-selected, single-varietal vintage apple wines and ciders, served in three flights in wine glasses. The wines are not selected until the day of the event, so there is no set tasting list. Apple cider, organic cream cheese sandwiches, and vegan lard sandwiches will be served as a welcome reception. A historical introduction will provide interesting facts about apple wine. During the tasting that follows, Andreas Schneider will share insights into the selection of varieties, organic farming, and his personal apple wine philosophy

After the tasting, an organic snack will be served, featuring a choice of bratwurst, cheese, or a vegan alternative—each served with potato salad, bread, and butter. All ingredients are organically grown. For those who prefer not to drink alcohol, a non-alcoholic option featuring three Schneider fruit juices is available. If the weather is nice, the event takes place in the apple orchard; if it rains, it moves to the sheltered wine tavern.
