Die Welle

A soothing Yoga Nidra session that guides you through deep relaxation into a state between wakefulness and sleep. The class provides space to release physical and mental tension. The nervous system calms down, and the body is allowed to regenerate. An ideal break for anyone seeking a moment of true stillness and wishing to consciously step back from daily life.

Anna is an expert in holistic health and somatic stress regulation. She is trained in yoga therapy, breathwork, and holistic healing coaching, and sensitively guides participants into a state of deep relaxation. She is particularly fascinated by Shavasana and the art of conscious doing-nothing.

Please bring a blanket and cozy clothing.

“Die Welle” is a striking complex of buildings with a dynamic, wave-shaped façade, surrounded by the Alte Oper, Rothschild Park, and the Bockenheimer Anlage. To foster a creative culture at this vibrant gathering place in the heart of downtown Frankfurt and to enhance people’s individual well-being, Well[e]being activities such as yoga, tai chi, hula hoop fitness, and Mind & Body Balance are held there regularly. Special events are also held, such as a humorous pub quiz.
