The price includes the organic ingredients for the raclette, consisting of raclette cheese, potatoes in their skins, bread, corn, fresh mushrooms, onions, pickled gherkins, chopped onions, and apples. You’re welcome to bring additional side dishes of your choice, such as ham, vegetables, pineapple, vegan cheese, etc. And please note: ONLY fatty side dishes may be cooked on the upper pan—so, for example, NO chicken!
