Theater am Park

Comedian Michael Eller has set sail as a guest comedian on ships in the AIDA fleet more than 60 times to entertain vacationers on the open sea and study them closely in the process. Whether you’ve already caught the “cruise bug” or are still wondering what to expect on such a trip, Captain Comedy offers funny and fascinating insights into the world of cruise passengers and their quirks, the crew and their stories, and the locals he meets on every shore excursion.

In his new show “Among Cruise Ship Passengers—Captain Comedy Sets Sail!”, the audience experiences absurd and hilarious stories that Eller has gathered on the seven seas, in countries far and wide, and everywhere else where German cruise passengers proudly wear their boarding passes around their sunburned necks. Once again, the eloquent observer Eller plays the keyboard of comedy with such lightness and agility, wielding razor-sharp sarcasm, intelligent wordplay, and self-deprecating humor brought to life, that his audience only has time during the intermission to wipe the tears of joy from their faces while giggling and bring their diaphragms back to normal rhythm. The best part is, you don’t even have to travel to experience all of this!< p>
