Studio Ghibli In Concert – A Tribute to Japanese Anime at the myticket Jahrhunderthalle – 2-for-1 Tickets
Semmel Concerts
With "Studio Ghibli In Concert," the enchanting world of legendary animated films comes to life for the first time in Germany as an emotional live experience. The European Philharmonia Orchestra, conducted by Walter Proost, brings Joe Hisaishi’s unforgettable melodies to the stage—from My Neighbor Totoro to Spirited Away to Princess Mononoke. Atmospheric visuals and a newly designed stage set bring Studio Ghibli’s poetic dream worlds to life. Following two sold-out tours in France and Belgium, the concert will make its German premiere in October 2026. An evening full of nostalgia, magic, and great film music—a tribute concert without Joe Hisaishi in attendance.
