The legendary live blues revue Blues Caravan is celebrating its 20th anniversary in collaboration with Ruf Records, marking the blues’ return to one of its German birthplaces—the Jahrhunderthalle, which has hosted numerous greats of the genre since the 1960s. The lineup features California-based guitarist Laura Chavez, American blues-rock musician Matthew Curry, and French newcomer Elise Frank. The tried-and-true format combines three full live sets with a joint jam session to wrap things up. An evening blending blues, rock, and Americana—marked by a joy of playing, emotion, and musical improvisation.
