"Frankfurt: City of WOW!" showcases the city from a completely new perspective. In a unique 270° immersive space, history isn’t simply explained—it’s brought to life through emotion. As part of World Design Capital Frankfurt RheinMain 2026, an extraordinary immersive space opens its doors, showcasing Frankfurt’s history and future in an immersive virtual reality experience across 1,200 square meters of projection surface! Large-scale imagery, visual presentations, and surprising scenes allow visitors to become part of this dynamic metropolitan region. An immersive journey of discovery exploring the themes “800 Years of City History,” “Financial Metropolis,” “History of Techno,” and “Frankfurt Airport,” featuring striking imagery, interactive elements, and a fascinating Frankfurt experience.

The main show is presented in German and English at 11:00 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 3:30 p.m., 5:00 p.m., and 6:30 p.m. The English broadcast always takes place 30 minutes after the start of the show.
The audiovisual experience areas are open to visitors ages 12 and up. Children between the ages of 6 and 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is at least 18 years old. Children under 6 are not permitted.
