On July 19, 2026, the successful vocal ensemble Alte Bekannte will perform at the Marburg Summer Nights. As the successor to the Wise Guys, the five-member group has been delighting audiences since 2018 with German-language a cappella singing, in which all sounds are produced exclusively with human voices. With their current program, “Mehr! – Live,” the ensemble combines new songs, popular hits, and classics into a varied concert evening full of humor, emotion, and musical precision. There will be a special reunion with Daniel “Dän” Dickopf, who enriches the stage with palpable passion and great charisma.
