Hazmat Modine - World music blues at the Brotfabrik - 2for1 tickets
The extraordinary ensemble "Hazmat Modine" was formed 25 years ago in New York under the direction of Wade Schumann. With a mixture of blues, jazz, folk and world music as well as unusual instrumentation - from tuba to cymbal - the band inspires audiences worldwide. Their sound combines cultural diversity with narrative depth and charismatic stage presence. The album "Box of Breath" (2019) achieved international success.
After a break due to the pandemic, the band returned to international stages. The 2026 tour and new material are dedicated to "Good Friend" - as a tribute to the late Josef Daley - and lead through an intense, globally influenced sound experience.
