"I DON`T TAKE OFF MY ROCK`N ROLL SHOES!" This line from the Spider Murphy Gang song of the same name (for those unfamiliar with Bavarian: "I don't take off my rock'n roll shoes!") actually says it all: the Spider Murphy Gang is still here. And not only that - they're better than ever. The release of hits like "Skandal im Sperrbezirk" was more than 40 years ago - but the band's live concerts are still thrilling performances by an excellent band that has rock'n roll in their blood - and in their fingers.

If you only know the Spider Murphy Gang from their records, you should definitely check out one of the band's many gigs: the guitars rock, the piano rolls in the best boogie style and the whole band radiates a joy of playing and good humor that no one would think they were veterans from the eighties. After a long band history, many successes, minor setbacks and a few inevitable line-up changes, the Spider Murphy Gang have arrived where Günther and Barny always dreamed of being in their youth: on stage, sweating and fully occupied with serving the audience a hearty rock'n'roll party.
