Dresden Frankfurt Dance Company

The dancers of the Dresden Frankfurt Dance Company start their daily rehearsal with the "Morning Dance". They dance freely in the studio to their favorite songs and find their way into the improvisation method of Ioannis Mandafounis, the company's artistic director. The Morning Dance @ Night invites all dance enthusiasts to such a "Morning Dance" on the stage at the Bockenheimer Depot. The evening also offers the opportunity to freely apply the methods and improvisation techniques learned in the DFDC workshops. For those without experience, there will be regular impulses from dance teacher Manuel Gaubatz. Together we create a space for fun, exchange and encounters on the dance floor!

Dance on socks, barefoot or in indoor sneakers, in comfortable, movement-friendly clothing. Frankfurt DJ Michael Rütten will play the DFDC dancers' favorite morning dance songs.
