Lydie Auvray, the "Grande Dame of the accordion", has come an impressive way during her artistic career: A total of 24 extremely successful albums in 47 years. And now Lydie Auvray is taking elegant, light-footed steps towards her 50th stage anniversary and is also embarking on a farewell tour. "On this last tour, I want to play favorite pieces by me, my musicians and the audience, from all my creative phases. It's like a musical look into and at my whole life," says the musician.

A "best-off" that no one should miss: Once again, the audience can witness her impressive versatility - from swinging musette to fiery tangos to her very personal chansons; from world music and jazzy sounds to the film music-like works of the fantastic trio, which trigger a veritable rush of images in the mind, soulful and dense. Many of these pieces have long since achieved cult status for their fans. The undoubtedly most outstanding accordionist in Germany has always remained true to herself over five decades, not only in her dedication and passion for music, but also with her incomparable charm: light-hearted and with subtle irony, she presents and comments on her pieces and thus her life - charming, clever and intimate. This wonderful mixture of lively naturalness and ingenious artistic greatness make Lydie Auvray's concerts unforgettable - and incomparable.
