When you read, you dance in your head! On April 30, visitors can look forward to a multifaceted evening in which literature, music and performance merge. The evening will kick off with an atmospheric vinyl set by artist Amelie Persson and Remo Weiss. Later on, DJs Christina Mohr (Anne Frank Educational Center) and Beatrice Wallis (Beltz & Gelberg) will shape the evening with rhythmically dense soundscapes. Actress Anna Böger and Hauke Hückstädt from the Literaturhaus will provide performative impulses, combining language, movement and presence. At the end, Antje Keil (alias keilschmidt) and graphic designer Katharina Schmidt (kwittiseeds) expand the space with experimental sound and light elements that create a special, almost cosmic atmosphere. The result is a multifaceted experience between music, text and performance that makes literature tangible in an unusual and sensual way.
