Saxophonist and composer Amit Friedmann is one of the leading musicians on the Israeli jazz scene. Friedmann's music is rooted in the jazz tradition and combines elements of world music and oriental music in particular. The band's collaboration creates a fresh mix of classic jazz soul, oriental grooves and contemporary vibes. Their music is deeply emotional and rhythmically captivating and draws the audience in from the very first note. In addition to his work as an instrumentalist, composer and arranger, Friedmann is very active as an educator and works to promote jazz among young people.
