BIZZIICE is handcrafted in the traditional Italian style in a family-run business. The Bizzi family's passion lies in perfecting their recipes as well as discovering new and inspiring taste experiences. As one of the first German ice cream manufacturers, BIZZIICE produces Original Organic Gelato FROM FARM TO CONE – using fruit grown on the family's own gardens and orchards in Italy. The Acqua Chiara estate is located on the edge of the Apuan Alps National Park in Tuscany. Here, the juicy bitter oranges and bergamots, figs and lemons for the fruity and refreshing ice creams and sorbets are already growing. Immediately after picking, the sun-ripened fruit is freshly pressed on the Bizzi farm and processed into juice for the ice cream factory. This ensures that the intense aromas are optimally preserved until mixing and freezing. BIZZIICE is made with milk and cream or water, sugar, and fruit. Artificial ingredients like premixes, flavor enhancers, and artificial flavorings have no place in this high-quality ice cream. This is how milk-based ice creams and sorbets like Amalfi Lemon Cream, Blood Orange Vanilla, Orange Mint, Pistachio Lemon, Pineapple Coriander, or, of course, the classic Pistachio, Stracciatella, Hazelnut, or Mango are created. Vegan options are also available. Ice cream enjoyment doesn't get much more Italian than this!
