An evening for the special moments of the year: the "culinary cruise" promises unforgettable hours on the Main. During a cruise along the skyline of Frankfurt am Main, an impressive panorama unfolds in the evening light. An exquisite 4-course menu is served, accompanied by subtle live music from the Riversight dinner duo. This event combines indulgence, culture and an atmospheric ambience on the water.

The menu in March:
Marinated Jerusalem artichokes on lamb's lettuce with orange and pine nuts
Creamy wild garlic soup with croutons
Zander in Frankfurt green sauce herbs (or as a vegetarian alternative, cauliflower in pankobreadcrumbs) on tomato ragout and potato and olive mash
Rhubarb tiramisu with orange crumble (or alternatively rhubarb and ginger jelly with fruit sorbet)
