The Frankfurt jazz collective FÄZZ meets the internationally sought-after drummer and percussionist Bodek Janke, one of the defining voices of today's jazz and world music scene. Janke's unique style on drums, Indian tabla and various percussion instruments has led him to collaborations with artists such as Yo-Yo Ma, Lars Danielsson, Bill Evans and the NDR, WDR and HR big bands. As the "master of many dialects" (John Riley), he has played on over 200 albums and released ten of his own productions.

Together with FÄZZ, he creates an intense musical dialog full of groove, openness and improvisational energy - another highlight of a concert series that has long since established itself as a fixture in Frankfurt's jazz scene.
