The Rheingau is always worth a visit - especially when top-class egg art is presented at Eberbach Monastery in spring-like weather! Over 70 international exhibitors sell their chicken, goose, duck and ostrich eggs as well as handicrafts such as glass art, basket weaving and floristry in the lay dormitory of Eberbach Monastery. From traditional Easter customs to eggs as art objects: "There's an egg to suit every taste," says organizer Richard Albert confidently. "And they make excellent gifts!"

Coffee and cake will be available in the exhibition room. For those with a bigger appetite, the Kloster-Schänke offers a wide selection of hot and cold dishes.
