Café de Paris - Cooking course at the Genussakademie Frankfurt - 2for1 tickets
Quick frying seems simple, but requires technique. The course teaches the basics from fried eggs to steak, explains core temperatures and different cooking levels through tasting. Under guidance, salmon fillet on Asian fragrant rice, a perfectly roasted steak with herb butter, roast potatoes and grilled vegetables and a mocha mousse with macadamia to finish are created.
