Taste Off - The cooking duel at the Genussakademie 3.0, Ffm-Fechenheim - 2for1-tickets
The new "Taste Off" format focuses on spontaneity and creativity. Imagine opening your fridge in the evening and asking yourself: What can I conjure up? This feeling is transferred to the cooking school - only with a shopping basket full of exciting and versatile, sometimes seasonal ingredients.
Each team receives a colorful mix from which, with a little imagination, a wide variety of dishes can be developed: sometimes simple and uncomplicated, sometimes refined and unusual. The shopping baskets are put together anew each time - boredom is out of the question! Professional chef Hannes supports the participants right from the start: in finding ideas, combining the ingredients and, of course, during preparation. It's not about rules or competition, but about enjoying cooking, trying things out and finding creative solutions together. At the end, all the dishes are tasted, shared and enjoyed - a culinary experience that shows how much fun cooking is when you simply let things run free.
