"The clinic for crises of all kinds is closed!" George cheers, because the children are finally out of the house. Helene is looking forward to order and peace, George to togetherness. But the plan falls apart when the "dear little ones" return one by one. First Michael, who quits his math studies and his job, then Elliot, newly separated, and finally Robert, the heartthrob, who finds it comfortable in "Hotel Mama". The sons are happy, while Helene and George despair: "What have we done wrong?". But there is no time for brooding as the boys turn the house upside down. And then the charming Janie Johnson rings the doorbell. Pure chaos!
