More exercise, a healthy diet, good preventive care, better sleep and less stress: with expert talks, health checks, a fitness program and information stands, the gesund leben trade fair supports a healthier lifestyle. Traditional medicine, alternative treatments or a mix of both? These areas provide information and advice.

To take part in the fitness or lecture programs included in the ticket price, please arrive on site in good time, as it is not possible to register in advance and places are limited. Changing rooms are available on site.

Various food trucks in the outdoor area will be offering food and drinks. There will also be a selection of vegetarian dishes. Coffee specialties and organic baked goods will be offered in the indoor area.
