Die Welle

A soothing yoga nidra session that leads to a state between wakefulness and sleep through guided deep relaxation. The course provides space to let go of physical and mental tension. The nervous system comes to rest and the body is allowed to regenerate. An ideal time-out for anyone who is looking for a moment of real stillness and wants to consciously withdraw.

Anna is an expert in holistic health and somatic stress regulation. She has trained in yoga therapy, breathwork and holistic healing coaching and sensitively guides participants into a state of deep relaxation. She is particularly fascinated by Shavasana and the art of consciously doing nothing.

"Die Welle" is a striking ensemble of buildings with a dynamic, wave-shaped façade, which is surrounded by the Alte Oper, Rothschildpark and Bockenheimer Anlage. In order to bring a creative culture to life at this vibrant meeting place in the heart of Frankfurt's city center and to strengthen people's individual well-being, well[e]being offers such as yoga, tai chi, hula-hoop fitness or mind & body balance are regularly held there. There are also special events such as a humorous pub quiz.

Please bring a blanket and cozy clothes.
