Fans of MIMONCHY’s mobile ice cream bus—with its unmistakable mustache logo—have something to look forward to: the MIMONCHY ice cream parlor is now open in Sulzbach am Tanuns! Owner Marco Lopez Perez offers not only delicious fruit sorbets like mango and strawberry but also classics like vanilla and chocolate, all made with almond milk. In the spirit of sustainability, even the almond milk is made in-house from European almonds.
But you can also indulge in specialties like nougat, salted caramel, yogurt-elderflower, or pistachio, as well as ice cream sundaes such as the “Spaghetti,” “Banana Split,” or “Krokantbecher”—all available in plant-based and therefore lactose-free versions.
The founders of MIMONCHY Ice Cream are second-generation members of an ice cream dynasty and have made it their mission to produce regional, sustainable ice cream without animal products, yet with full flavor.
