Fans of the MIMONCHY mobile ice cream bus with the unmistakable moustache in the logo can rejoice - there is now a MIMONCHY ice cream parlor in Sulzbach am Tanuns! Owner Marco Lopez Perez offers delicious fruit sorbets such as mango and strawberry as well as classics such as vanilla and chocolate based on almond milk. In the spirit of sustainability, even this is made from European almonds. But specialties such as nougat, salted caramel, yoghurt elderberry or peanut as well as spaghetti sundaes can also be enjoyed in the plant-based and therefore lactose-free version.
The makers of MIMONCHY Eismanufaktur are the second generation of an ice cream dynasty and have made it their mission to produce regional and sustainable ice cream that is free from animal products and full of flavor.
