Charlie Parr stands for timeless folk and blues - characterized by deep conviction and tireless creativity. The musician from Minnesota has released numerous albums and is known for his intense live performances. Inspired by traditions and greats such as Lead Belly and Woody Guthrie, he combines influences from working-class culture with his own poetic style. His songs are written on the road and reflect the landscape, encounters and personal experiences. An authentic troubadour who keeps the folk tradition alive and reinterprets it with quiet intensity.
