Born in Frankfurt in 1926, Franz Mon is one of the pioneers of German-language experimental literature. He used the alphabet and all forms of expression in our language more creatively than few others. Until his death in 2022, the artist and author created radio plays, poems and collages that continue to inspire our posterity to be creative with words, images and sounds.
At this event, language artist Nora Gomringer and Peter Hauff from "Oulipo Frankfurt" will present the poetic potential of his texts and methods on the occasion of his 100th birthday.
