Kultur in Bad Vilbel

The Armenian State Symphony Orchestra performs over fifty concerts a year in Armenia and around the world. Its versatile repertoire ranges from classical symphonies, ballet and opera music to orchestral arrangements of pop and film music as well as jazz-inspired interpretations. The orchestra will be joined by Raphaela Gromes, acclaimed by Rondo magazine as "probably the most successful German cellist of the present day" - a Sony Classical exclusive artist whose elegance, technical perfection and extraordinary expressiveness have won over audiences and critics alike.

The program includes: Edward Mirzoyan's "Waltz", Elgar's "Cello Concerto in E minor op. 85" and Tchaikovsky's "Symphony No. 5 in E minor op. 64"
