Stiftung Burg Kronberg

Thanksgiving is celebrated at Kronberg Castle with a colorful supporting program. There are delicacies from the castle kitchen such as venison sausage, cakes, Belgian waffles and pumpkin soup as well as coffee, tea, fresh apple cider or wine, cider, sparkling wine and, as a specialty, medlar punch. Cocktails, long drinks and coffee specialties can also be enjoyed at Café Prinzengarten.

On Saturday, the dance ensemble "Stante pede" will perform medieval and Renaissance dances on the outdoor stage from 3 pm, with vocal support from the Reifenberger Härmlein. Between 4 and 6 pm, Cesira Nubile will entertain visitors with her saxophone.
On Sunday, Hilde Reinhold will be a guest with her accordion from 12 noon and the Kronberger Musikverein will play from 2 pm. In addition, the "Springmäuse" (the little guard of Kronberg's Kappenklub) will be performing dances in the Wappensaal from 3:30 pm. From 4-6 p.m., children and young people can take part in laser shooting by the Cronberger Schützengesellen on the upper castle.
On both days, children up to the age of 12 (weighing approx. 35 kg) can ride donkeys on a circular route in the yew grove from 2-5 pm. Meeting point is the large cedar tree in front of the upper castle.
