The subtle differences in taste and aroma that can result from origin, cultivation altitude and different roasting processes become clear. The focus is on the variety of preparation methods. From clear filter coffee to espresso from the portafilter machine with an intense crema, the entire spectrum of the coffee world is brought to life. Clear explanations and practical insights open up an understanding of the complexity behind a cup of coffee. New flavors are discovered, personal preferences can change, and the view of coffee gains depth and appreciation.
