The 19th Interceltic Folk Festival conjures up a variety on Hofheim's stages that leaves nothing to be desired: Concerts ranging from folk to modern, torchlight processions at night, the sound of the harp and bagpipes, medieval and Irish dances as well as sessions where everyone is welcome to bring their instrument to life. As an integral part of Hofheim's district town summer, the Interceltic Folk Festival has been creatively connecting various cultural and social hubs in the district town since 2007.

Daimh are proud representatives of the music of the Scottish Highlands. With their band name Daimh, the Gaelic word for connection, the five musicians perfectly describe their electrifying interplay. The term is equally symbolic of the band's lively interaction with the audience. True heroes on bagpipes, fiddle, guitar and with Gaelic songs in their luggage come to us in Hofheim from the west of Lochaber and the Isle of Skye. Uncompromising, gripping, authentic.
