Immerse yourself in the transformative power of the breath. Timo Nause is a certified INTESOMA Breathwork teacher and breath coach. He leads this guided breathing journey that brings body and mind into harmony.
The exercises are helpful for developing inner peace, vitality and greater body awareness. The session takes place in a pleasant atmosphere and offers space for fellowship and short exchanges.

Still water and changing rooms are available.

After a short warm-up about the process and the basic principles of "Transformative Breathwork", Timo will guide the participants mindfully into a powerful breathing journey. The connected breath opens up the space to allow energy bound in the body to flow again, release tension and complete emotional processes in a natural way. Afterwards, there will be time for a gentle return, integration tips and a sharing circle to anchor the experience. The focus of the evening is entirely on your own experience, your own breath, your own body and what wants to show itself through the participants.

The session is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners and invites you to come into deep contact with yourself in a protected setting, let go of the old and gain inner clarity.

"Die Welle" is a striking ensemble of buildings with a dynamic, wave-shaped façade, which is surrounded by the Alte Oper, Rothschildpark and Bockenheimer Anlage. In order to bring a creative culture to life at this vibrant meeting place in the heart of Frankfurt's city center and to strengthen people's individual well-being, well[e]being offers such as yoga, tai chi, hula-hoop fitness or mind & body balance are regularly held there. There are also special events such as a humorous pub quiz.
