Westside Summer is back! On the site of the former Griesheim Industrial Park, industrial culture meets culture in a truly unique setting. This is one of the last opportunities to experience the area as it has looked for almost 200 years before it is transformed step by step into the ultra-modern "Frankfurt Westside" in the coming years. The banks of the Main in Griesheim, surrounded by industrial heritage, an old crane and a wild river, will once again be transformed into the "West Coast", offering open-air cinema, live concerts, the finest cuisine, yoga, workshops for kids, stand-up comedy, a vintage market and a curated wine festival in August. The West Coast spirit unfolds in magical moments between the river, starry sky, dance floor, sun deck, bar and industrial culture.

"Sorry to bother you guys, but I always do the last dance of the season." This time, however, the cult film "Dirty Dancing" with Jennifer Grey and Patrick Swayze is the penultimate dance of the season at WESTCOAST CINEMA. So in 2025 it's still Baby & Johnny, Tree Trunk & Lake, Watermelon & Lifting Figure! And everyone dances in the moonlight on the banks of the Main in Griesheim. No matter what anyone says: My baby belongs here!
