The town of Bad Nauheim is known throughout Germany for its outstanding Art Nouveau complexes and the Trinkkuranlage is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful of these. Top-class concerts are regularly held in the listed complex. Between the horseshoe-shaped colonnades, there is not only an orchestra shell, but also the spa fountain temple with its splashing fountains. Behind it rises the drinking hall, which is architecturally based on an ancient thermal bath. In its center is the gilded spring bar.

Forget everything you knew about flutes! Fluteinvention surprises with sounds of reeds, goatskin and wood, combined with an elegant string sound. Exciting interpretations of well-known works from Bach, Vivaldi, Mozart to Kats-Chernin are on the duo's program. Pietro Cernuto, born in Messina/Sicily, carves his shepherd's flutes (friscaletti) from reeds, just as Faun once did. Winner of countless prestigious national and international awards and head of the folk group Unavantaluna, he sets out with flautist Christiane Meininger and the ensemble Kairòs in search of a link between traditional and classical music.
