He, who can be considered the heir to Maurice Ravel in particular, once said that there is a moment for every young composer when he has to kill his father, so to speak. I may not have done this thoroughly enough. But perhaps it is precisely because my music is more accessible to the public. But I was never interested in being understandable. I simply seek my absolute truth.
