Since the 1990s, the German TV presenter, TV producer, musician, actor and cabaret artist Hugo Egon Balder has made a lasting impression on the entertainment industry with his flair for comedy, his quick wit and his stage presence. In his first solo tour, he combines these experiences and skills by giving the audience a look behind the scenes of his life with plenty of irony and wit. He tells many anecdotes, especially from his time in television, but also from his turbulent private life and his five marriages.

Hugo Egon Balder describes the motivation for his solo program with an ironic wink: "For years of my life, dramaturges and editors harassed me, actors harassed me, authors and directors harassed me, producers lied to me. My audience deserves more: me. Me, Hugo Egon Balder without everything." Born in West Berlin, he is known as the presenter and producer of shows such as "Alles Nichts Oder?!" (together with Hella von Sinnen), "Tutti Frutti", "Die Hit-Giganten", the guessing show "Genial daneben" and, last but not least, the legendary comedy show "RTL Samstag Nacht".
