Memories of the evenings of Bravo Starschnitt and Viva TV come flooding back. The program not only deals with nostalgia but also topics such as sleep disorders, doctor's appointments, EMS training and the feeling of not really being old even though the exercise bike no longer has a pulse display.
The show is not just a retro party but a therapeutic group giggle for all those over 40 who used to memorize phone numbers and now forget why they went into the living room.
