Salumeria Food-Truck

Fresh focaccia sandwiches with the finest regional ingredients are available from Elia Visciani's "Salumeria" food truck. Two days a week, he sells the crispy and juicy specialties from southern Italy at the OST/viertel street food market and the little market on Goetheplatz. The sandwiches can be topped with mortadella, salami, cheese from the "L'Abbate cheese factory", tuna/anchovy cream, grilled vegetables, rocket and homemade pesto specialties and are therefore also available in vegetarian or vegan versions. Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir are on the menu to accompany the focacellas.
