By means of modern technology, the history of Pompeii is brought to life in a playful way and becomes an experience for all the senses. Captivating virtual reality experiences allow visitors to literally immerse themselves in the magnificent city and become witnesses to a civilization that was of fundamental importance for human progress.

The exhibition area welcomes visitors with information about the city and the Roman Empire, an introduction to understanding the era and fascinating exhibits and artifacts that emerged from under the solidified lava and ash as if from a time capsule, revealing a literally sunken world. The immersive show takes you through the streets of the city and brings them to life just moments before the volcano erupted. In the Metaverse, virtual avatars move freely through space and visit the Villa of Mysteries with its impressive murals. And a gladiator fight in the amphitheater is also realistically depicted thanks to virtual reality.
