Open air and yet covered - at this year's concert summer in the Amphitheater Hanau, many stars will once again provide atmospheric concerts:

Enthusiastic audiences, great reviews: The Neue Philharmonie Frankfurt with its "Symphonic Rock in Concert" tour has already thrilled audiences in the past with accomplished orchestral musicians plus a professional rock quartet, as well as versatile top vocal soloists, who interpret famous titles from rock and pop in a wide-ranging sound that is both voluminous and differentiated.

Perfectly suited to this XXL sound format are audience favorites such as "Highway Star" (Deep Purple), "Music" (John Miles), "Hard to say I`am sorry" (Chicago), "Proud Mary" (Ike & Tina Turner) or "Viva La Vida" (Coldplay). At the heart of the "Symphonic Rock in Concert" shows is the Neue Philharmonie Frankfurt. Based in Hanau, the 50-piece orchestra has an international reputation. In the past, it has accompanied Deep Purple, Peter Gabriel, Roger Hodgson (ex-Supertramp), Ian Anderson (Jethro Tull), John Cale (ex-The Velvet Underground), Gregory Porter and, last year, none other than Robbie Williams at the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg.
